Deposits & Payment

A 30% deposit is required once price & payment are discussed. Deposits are non-refundable once a service is chosen and booked. The remaining balance is due when the work is done. We accept Zelle and Cash App. Serious inquiries only.

Discounts & Rewards

New customers get $10 off their first order. Refer someone who does business with us and you earn a $10 reward. Discounts and rewards cannot be combined or redeemed for cash.

Price Changes

Prices may change over time. The price confirmed with you before work begins is the price you pay — it will not change after we agree on it.

Refunds

If our service does not meet the criteria we agreed on, you have 30 days from the date of service to request a refund. See our Refund Policy for the full details and fine print.

Cancellation

You may cancel a booked service before work begins. Cancellation stops future work, but the 30% deposit is non-refundable once the service is chosen and booked, except where required by law or expressly stated in the Refund Policy.
