These terms apply to business inquiries sent to Q.M.P Web Design & Tech — including service bookings, partnership proposals, vendor inquiries, and general business messages.

No Obligation

Sending us an inquiry does not create a contract, booking, partnership, or employment relationship, nor any obligation for us to respond, negotiate, or accept.

Booking Inquiries

A booking inquiry is not a confirmed booking. No work is scheduled until we agree on scope and price and your 30% deposit is received.

Accuracy

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the rights to any photos, text, logos, or other materials you share with us.

Confidential Information

Please don't send trade secrets or confidential information unless we've agreed in writing first. We may receive similar ideas from multiple sources.

How We Use Inquiries

We may review, store, and evaluate your inquiry to respond to you, subject to our Privacy Policy.
