How do I move everything to a new phone?
By DEVIN Q. PRESTIGE — Q.M.P Web Design & Tech, Atlanta & nationwide remote
Getting a new phone should feel like an upgrade, not a chore. With Q.M.P's remote phone setup and transfer, we move your photos, contacts, and apps to the new phone, set up your email, Wi-Fi, and security, and walk you through where everything is — all remotely, while you stay on the phone with us.
What moves to your new phone
- Photos and videos
- Contacts
- Apps, signed back in where possible
- Email accounts
- Wi-Fi networks
- Security setup — passcode and two-factor authentication
How the transfer works
- Book and tell us about both phones — old and new, and what matters most to keep.
- We guide the move step by step — remotely, with you on the line, so nothing gets skipped.
- We set up email, Wi-Fi, and security on the new phone, including two-factor where you want it.
- Walkthrough before we finish — we show you where everything landed, so the new phone feels familiar right away.
Two honest limits to know before you start
First, some app data only moves if the app itself supports it — a few apps keep their data locked to the old device, and no transfer service can force that. Second, you will need your account passwords handy for email and apps that ask you to sign back in. We will tell you up front if anything on your list cannot move, so there are no surprises at the end.
Pricing and terms
Services start at $199, and new customers get $10 off their first order. The 30% deposit is always kept (non-refundable once booked). Within the 30-day window, if the agreed criteria are not met and Q.M.P cannot make it right, everything paid beyond the deposit is refunded. Payments accepted: Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay — payment details are shared once your booking is confirmed.
